Because *Oh God* She's on the verge of having a *gasp* NERVOUS BREAKDOWN!! Almost. And apparently it would be cruel and unusual to put her in a psych ward because people throw shit on the walls there. So she goes home with a bracelet on her ankle. Do Bittney, Nicky and the rest get to come over for a sleep over now? Oh, and the liquor cabinet is probably open - do you really think they'll conficate it?
