I read that and thought "but what about the icing? what about the cinnamon not in the dough?"
Oy. The swirl has that finely gritty cinnamon texture, and the caramel ice cream mimics the icing, and gives a lovely cool contrast to the normal expected temperature.
As I sit here in my office, devoid of an outlet to buy the aforementioned Ben & Jerry product, I silently curse your name :-) Bloody hell, cinnamon bun icecream? I haven't seen this yet...Granted, I could only enjoy a spoonful a day, but I loooooovee everything that has come out lately in the Cinnabon :-) flavoring..(coffee, oatmeal, etc..) ***drool*****
