Another win!

I just got an email saying I'd won a Krups Home Cafe coffeemaker! We have a good Cuisinart that grinds beans, but this is a pod system, and I've been secretly longing for one (as an infrequent coffeedrinker, I love the easy cleanup part). :)

It will serve you well. That Cuisinart is a beeyotch to clean (I got one for my dad, and my mother has told me so a time or twelve.)

We are infrequent coffee makers, so we keep it real with a fine quality Sunbeam.

It's even worse to clean if you don't realize it's dirty until 4 months after a pot of coffee. :( We're on our second little gold basket as a result.

I totally am! :) I wrote this post about my habit back in November.

I keep a tally on OLS of what I've won, only I organized it by prize level and not date. I think I'm going to change that next year, so I can keep track of *when* I win things. (and yes, I may actually go through and reorganize this year's list, because I'm compulsive like that)

Cool! Definitely one of those neat/useful things to have (for infrequent and/or guests), but unless you're using it all the time also definitely one of those things you really *hate* to spend money on.

Y'know... they do tea also... Sigh... still not worth the money at the rate I'd use it...

Yeah, I'm hoping to find chai pods and cocoa and foofy girly drink ones. Because that's how I roll.
