The dynasty one works - I hadn't thought of "Four More Years", which is the slogan I suggested for Dick Cheney's run for the Big Seat.
Neither really work. There's no dynasty in the offing, the chances of Cheney running are slim. Some committee name, perhaps? What was it called, the House Unamerican Activities Committee?
PS our politics don't matter, it's an effort to suss out the writer's phrase. Taking any comment as a political conversation outside of those bounds would be silly.
Hmmm. Have you ever read Simmons? He likes to play with languages, which is one reason I theorized the Islamic phrase. OF course, he also likes literary and historical references, so I am also trying to think about those possibilities.
I should point my classicist friend to this. He might have some good insights.
