oh man .....

hard to tell the doggie's expression though ... the cat in the cow suit is OBVIOUSLY not pleased ... dogs are always more tolerant of things, so this one might just be more confused than put out ...

while the cat is saying "fine ... laugh ... but you better lock up your shoes when you go to sleep tonight", the dog could very well simply be saying "urk?", followed by a head tilt ...
