Air goes in and out. Blood goes round and round. Anything else is bad.

The number of openings should be a constant for each person. New openings can be a problem.

Air going in and out lungs = Good
Air going in and out other places = Not Good

My personal favorite - if doing CPR and you don't crack a rib, you aren't doing it right.n
