*that's* service

When I bought my Pilot from Williamsburg Honda, they mentioned they had a pick-up/delivery service. Any time my car needs maintenance, they will come to my home or office with a car, take mine back to the dealership and perform the service, and then return it to me.
I didn't get the iPod MusicLink installed when we bought it because they were out of stock, but yesterday they came and swapped cars with me. Okay, so the loaner was a 2002 Neon that smelled vaguely of pee and had squeaky brakes. But today he returned my car to me -- at HOME, because I'm sick today, rather than at work as scheduled.
The thingy (technical term) is installed perfectly, they resolved a floor mat issue, I got a call from the service manager to verify everything. And then the guy handed me two freshly baked cookies.
They had me at pick-up/delivery. Cookies? Dayum.
